Brass Rod Casting Machine for Oxygen-free Upward Continuous

 

 

Step 1. brass scrap directly added to the melting furnace and melted into a liquid by power frequency furace;

Step 2. After melting, the brass liquid will flow into the mediate holding furnace through the transition chamber;

Step 3. The brass liquid has a stable reduction process by the covered surface of charcoal;

Step 4. After the reduction, the brass liquid is through the crystallized cast rod through a crystallizer through the continuous brass casting machine in the holding furnace;

Step 5. Each brass rod is equipped with a controller.

The brass rod is neatly led out of the machine from the continuous casting through the adjusting wheel. The controller and torsion bar are formed into a circle to take up the wire.

After completion, the cast rod is automatically cut and lifted away for the next process.
