Raw materials and process
RP 250mm graphite electrode is made of low ash raw material through a series of preparation processes and then machined by high temperature above 3000℃ after graphitization. The product has the characteristics of low resistivity, good electrical conductivity, low ash content, dense and uniform structure, good oxidation resistance and high mechanical strength.
Product classification
1. Ordinary power graphite electrode
This graphite electrode can adapt to very low current density, and is mainly used in ordinary electric furnaces such as steelmaking, silicon smelting, and yellow phosphorus smelting.
2. Oxidation resistant coated graphite electrode
It has an anti-oxidative coating that is both conductive and resistant to high temperature oxidation, thereby reducing electrode consumption during steelmaking.
3. High power graphite electrode
It is mainly used in high-power electric furnaces for steelmaking because it can connect a current density of 18-25a/cm2.
4. Ultra high power graphite electrode
It is mainly used in ultra-high-voltage arc furnaces and can adapt to current densities greater than 25A/cm2.
Main purpose
RP 250mm graphite electrodes are often used in some industrial projects, such as electric arc furnaces, etc., while the demand in other industries is small.
Product inspection
The quality inspection of the electrode shall be carried out by the quality inspection department of Tengrui carbon, and the customer can carry out the acceptance according to the provisions of the standard.
PPackaging
The graphite electrode is packed with wooden case and wooden frame bottom bracket, and bound with packed steel belt.
Logo
The finished electrode shall be marked with safety wire on the corresponding electrode surface at the bottom of the joint hole.
